Watch our latest INSPIRE learning webinar with hippocampal and theoretical modeling expert, Dr. Alon Rubin, PhD from Yaniv Ziv's group at the Weizmann Institute of Science in Tel Aviv, Israel.
Dr. Rubin reviews how highly organized internal structures of ensemble activity patterns can be uncovered without a priori assumptions, by applying unsupervised learning to activity recorded from large-scale neuronal populations in behaving mice using the nVistaTM system. The emergent structures that are uncovered with Inscopix miniscopes can enable reconstruction of internal representations and discovery of new behavioral variables hidden within a neural code that may not have been obvious with conventional methods.
With 200+ publications worldwide, Inscopix’s nVueTM, nVokeTM, and nVistaTM solutions enable scientists to acquire deep insights and map novel brain circuits in freely moving animals.
